  • 1 Small Sauce Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Grass Fed Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Toppings

  • 1/2 Whole Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Wild Blueberries
  • 1 Tbs Almonds
  • Sprinkle Of Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

Stove Top

  • In a small sauce pan bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add in the oats. Cook until they thicken and  stir frequently.

Microwave Instruction

  • Then place in the microwave without a cover on it (we don’t want any microwave accidents when the liquid boils). Microwave on high for 2 minutes and the consistency should be perfect.
  • Add toppings to taste
