Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Large Avocados
- 1 Medium Roma Tomato Diced Small
- 1 Medium Lime Cut in half
- 2 Mexican spring Onion Finely chapped
- 1 Large Jalapeno Deseeded and minced
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Cut and de-seed avocado. Scoop into bowl or molcajete and smash until it reaches desired consistency.
- Add chopped onion, cilantro, tomato, jalapeño, and garlic to bowl.
- Squeeze half a lime into bowl and evenly sprinkle cumin and salt over everything in the bowl and mix well.
