  • 1 Medium Roma Tomato Diced Small
  • 1 Medium Lime Cut in half
  • 2 Mexican spring Onion Finely chapped
  • 1 Large Jalapeno Deseeded and minced
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • Salt To Taste
