- 1 Medium Sized Glass Bowl
- 1 Small mixing dish
Ingredients
- 4 Oz Fresh mini mozzarella balls
- 8 Oz Oraganic Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flake
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Combine mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil
- In small dish blend olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flake, garlic, salt and oregano
- Mix dressing and salad and serve
